Oversee operations, staffing, scheduling, cash/credit controls, transportation logistics, guest recovery, performance metrics, compliance, and cross-department collaboration to drive guest satisfaction and departmental goals.

Manage hotel accounting operations including month-end close, general ledger entries, reconciliations, tax filings, AP/AR, financial reporting, budgeting support, supervising accounting staff, payroll audit, and cross-department coordination to ensure accurate financial control and compliance.
