Lead and manage front desk, guest services, and transportation teams to ensure excellent arrival-to-departure guest experiences. Oversee operations, staffing, scheduling, cash/credit controls, transportation logistics, guest recovery, performance metrics, compliance, and cross-department collaboration to drive guest satisfaction and departmental goals.

Lead and oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, Shuttle, and IT to deliver exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and financial performance. Drive KPI improvement, labor management, strategic planning, service recovery, team development, and execution of corporate initiatives while acting as the operational partner to the General Manager.

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on hotel facilities, guest rooms, and grounds. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general systems; complete work orders; support renovations and safety compliance; maintain inventory and tools; provide prompt guest-focused service and emergency response. Flexible schedule and physical labor required.

Clean and sanitize pots, pans, utensils, kitchen surfaces, and equipment per standards; support culinary team to maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure guest satisfaction.

Drive group revenue and occupancy by executing hotel sales strategy, prospecting and booking business, managing client relationships, running site inspections/events, creating tactical sales plans, and supporting the Director of Sales.
