Lead and own financial and operational performance across a cluster of portfolio software companies. Set and defend KPIs and targets, allocate capital and attention, develop and manage General Managers, support M&A diligence and integration, provide strategic finance and governance, and represent cluster performance to leadership and investors.

Lead end-to-end ERP implementation and consulting projects: plan scope/budget/timeline, manage stakeholders and vendors, oversee data migration, testing, cutover, go-live/hypercare, provide post-implementation support, run workshops, and ensure governance and change management.

The Controller oversees monthly, quarterly, and annual closes across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations, while supporting M&A activities and reporting requirements.
