Outbound BDR responsible for high-volume multi-channel prospecting, account research, technical first-touch demos, lead qualification (BANT/MEDDIC), CRM hygiene in Salesforce, and delivering qualified opportunities to sales while providing market intelligence.

Provide advanced Tier 2 technical support for SolarWinds monitoring and infrastructure software: troubleshoot escalated cases across network, system, security, and database environments; partner with engineering; create documentation and KB articles; mentor Tier 1; and advise customers on configuration, integrations, and best practices to ensure long-term success.

Provide Tier 2 technical support for SolarWinds monitoring and infrastructure products: troubleshoot escalated cases across network, system, security, and database environments; collaborate with Tier 3 and engineering on bugs and workarounds; create documentation and knowledge base articles; mentor Tier 1; and guide customers on configuration, integrations, and best practices to improve product reliability and satisfaction.
