Leads affiliate marketing strategy and partnerships across lending and banking products. Oversees affiliate performance, business development, partner negotiations, forecasting, testing, funnel optimization, technology capabilities, regulatory compliance, and a team of senior professionals. Collaborates with product marketing, business units, finance, risk, data science, engineering, and corporate development to drive channel growth and strategic opportunities.

Conducts independent AML and fraud investigations involving retail banking, brokerage, cryptocurrency, and virtual assets. Performs on-chain transaction tracing, evaluates sanctions and money-laundering risks, determines whether activity warrants Suspicious Activity Report filing, and documents case findings. Supports detection improvements, process enhancements, training, and ad hoc investigations while maintaining knowledge of BSA/AML, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC, and virtual-asset regulations.

Serves as the lead legal advisor on OFAC sanctions and BSA/AML requirements for a financial services company. Responsibilities include advising on sanctions programs, investigations, voluntary disclosures, licenses, screening, reporting, product risks, regulatory examinations, commercial agreements, policy development, training, and outside counsel. The role partners with Compliance, Risk, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Financial Crimes teams and engages with OFAC, FinCEN, OCC, and Federal Reserve regulators.
