Teams at SoFi

Review and prepare mortgage closing documents and packages, schedule closings with borrowers, reconcile and approve Closing Disclosures, coordinate with title/settlement partners and internal teams, manage a mixed loan pipeline to meet production and regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate loan origination system records.

Supports retail mortgage loan originators by structuring and analyzing loan files, managing underwriting pipelines, coordinating borrowers and realtors, tracking documentation, resolving issues, supporting client retention and business development, and ensuring compliance with mortgage regulations.

Own and grow employer and workplace partnerships through onboarding, activation, optimization, renewal, and expansion. Build success plans, engagement campaigns, business reviews, and data-driven recommendations while managing escalations, renewals, compliance, and cross-functional execution. Serve as a trusted advisor to HR, Benefits, Payroll, and executive stakeholders, using Salesforce and reporting tools to track performance, risks, opportunities, and next steps. Travel approximately 10–15% as needed.
