Owner of cross-product fraud strategy designing unified decisioning across onboarding, login, funding, and money movement. Lead device forensics, entity resolution, scam interception, and risk-tiered money-movement policies. Build shared analytics (SQL/Python), partner with product, Fraud Ops, and InfoSec to deploy rules-engine policies, monitor performance, and govern cross-product risk infrastructure.

Sell and advise SoFi members on life, home, and auto insurance via phone, email, text, and chat. Manage leads and pipeline, run the full sales lifecycle from intake to quoting to fulfillment, identify cross-sell opportunities, and help build Protect operational processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Provide licensed insurance customer support across phone, email, chat and text. Handle post-purchase tasks: billing, endorsements, coverage adjustments, renewals, retention and cross-sell opportunities. Navigate multiple carrier portals, collect documentation, monitor book of business, and resolve complex inquiries to reduce churn and support agents.

The Staff Credit Policy Analyst leads the development and governance of credit policies for home loans, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency while collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Manage and scale the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) and full-value awards (RSU/PSU), oversee daily equity operations, approve analyst work, lead automation and integrations, operationalize global mobility and tax sourcing, and design employee education on equity and LTI.
