Collaborate with sales, product, support, engineering, and executives to maximize customer value and improve engagement models.

Lead strategy and execution for ERP, billing, revenue, and financial integrations. Architect systems and controls, drive automation and ERP transformations, partner with Accounting/FP&A, ensure SOX-ready configurations, and optimize order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report processes.

Lead the DocV Solution Engineering team, partnering with Customer Success to accelerate customer adoption and improve system stability through technical initiatives and integrations.
