Own and resolve technical support tickets for developer and security customers through Zendesk, Slack, and Discord. Troubleshoot GitHub, CLI, API, webhook, JSON, and CI/CD integration issues; reproduce bugs and provide engineering-ready escalations. Create runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and macros, identify recurring issues, support product improvements, and participate in regional, weekend, and holiday on-call rotations.

Own Socket’s product strategy, prioritization, roadmap, and delivery as its first Product Manager. Partner with leadership, engineering, design, Customer Engineering, Sales, developers, and security teams to identify customer problems, define requirements, make tradeoffs, manage commitments, and measure product outcomes. Establish scalable product practices, communicate timelines and priorities, validate solutions with customers, and guide products from discovery through launch.

Build and scale secure automated patching infrastructure for open-source vulnerabilities. Develop Rust and Unix-based CLI tools, package-manager integrations, APIs, testing tools, and developer-facing remediation workflows. Debug ecosystem-specific issues, contribute to JavaScript, React, and TypeScript frontends, and collaborate with security researchers to deliver certified packages and high-quality patches at scale.
