Serve as a functional Commercial CRM Business Analyst for life-sciences CRM implementations. Lead discovery, gather requirements, create user stories and process maps, author UAT/test scripts, support pre-sales scoping, and liaise between business stakeholders, solution architects, and developers to ensure commercial workflows and Agentforce use cases are implemented effectively.

Lead architecture and implementation of enterprise Reltio MDM solutions for Life Sciences, covering HCP/HCO, patient, product, and reference data. Design data models, match/merge and survivorship rules, integrations (CRM, Snowflake, SAP), data quality, stewardship workflows, migrations, and governance. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement across commercial and analytics platforms.

Serve as the liaison between Regulatory Affairs and IT to translate regulatory business needs into system requirements for RIM platforms. Support implementations, migrations, managed services, requirements gathering, process mapping, vendor-neutral evaluations, release management, integrations, SOPs, training, and continuous improvement across RIM and adjacent enterprise systems.
