Responsibilities include managing strategic pursuits, designing enterprise technology solutions, overseeing estimates and pricing, developing proposals and Statements of Work, coordinating technology partners, and building a scalable presales organization. The role guides solutions involving Veeva, Salesforce, integrations, data migration, analytics, AI, and managed services while ensuring commercial viability and delivery readiness.

Leads organizational change management for global life sciences CRM implementations and enterprise transformation programs. Owns change strategy, impact and readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, executive communications, training, adoption, metrics, and post-go-live reinforcement. Manages OCM plans, budgets, risks, and deliverables while partnering with technical and business teams. Also supports consulting proposals, solution design, methodology development, and mentoring of OCM consultants.

Supports operational management of the Veeva Practice by coordinating resource assignments, tracking project hours, budgets, schedules, utilization, and staffing. Maintains resource profiles, certifications, training records, and project documentation. Produces capacity, utilization, certification, and financial reports while reconciling timesheet and project data with Finance and project leadership. Identifies staffing, scheduling, budget, and compliance risks and supports forecasting, onboarding, offboarding, and training planning.

Designs and leads OneTrust Consent Management and Data Discovery architectures for life sciences clients. Integrates OneTrust with Salesforce, Veeva, Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, and AWS; creates ERDs, data dictionaries, and data flow diagrams; translates privacy requirements into technical designs; leads configuration with admins and developers; collaborates with legal, compliance, IT, and delivery teams; supports pre-sales workshops and client engagements. Requires approximately 10–20% travel.
