Leads U.S. Government program revenue growth across defense, intelligence, and civil government markets. Builds and manages the Business Development and Strategic Alliances function, develops executive customer and partner relationships, shapes opportunities before procurement, establishes acquisition and capture strategies, negotiates teaming agreements, and creates scalable processes for pipeline management, opportunity qualification, and program expansion.

Leads capture strategy and proposal development for complex government, defense, aerospace, intelligence, commercial, and international pursuits. Builds capture plans, coordinates cross-functional teams and external partners, shapes compliant and persuasive submissions, supports pricing and competitive analysis, and establishes repeatable processes, tools, metrics, and best practices. Builds and manages the Capture & Proposals team while driving accountability, executive communication, and continuous improvement across simultaneous pursuits.

Manage cloud security across AWS, Azure, and classified environments. Design and maintain secure software development practices, automated CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, compliance-as-code, access controls, observability, and container security. Collaborate with engineering teams to embed security throughout the software lifecycle, support critical applications, and communicate security findings to stakeholders.
