Own the Finance and Operations data layer, integrating systems into Snowflake and Omni, building reusable data models, dashboards, governed metrics, validation checks, and reconciliation workflows. Partner with Finance, Operations, and Data teams to translate business processes into trusted analytics, improve data quality, automate reporting, and support leadership decision-making.

Leads strategy and special projects for Operations, focusing on scalable systems, workflows, tooling, fulfillment, logistics, inventory, automation, data architecture, and reporting. Coordinates cross-functional teams across Operations, CX, Finance, Marketing, and Product; develops roadmaps, improves processes, validates implementations, and creates SOPs. The role requires hands-on execution, analytical problem-solving, ERP and operational technology experience, and the ability to drive complex initiatives in a fast-growing e-commerce environment.
