Manage implementation, adoption, retention, and expansion for Public Safety enterprise customers across the Northwest. Lead onboarding, track implementations, drive adoption metrics, run QBRs, advocate product feedback to engineering, and ensure renewals and expansions while supporting ~20 accounts and collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering.

As a Sr Technical Support Representative, you will provide expertise in customer support for drone operations, troubleshoot issues, and enhance customer satisfaction through proactive communication and feedback loops.

Design and produce learner-centered, multimedia and simulation-driven training for pilots and technicians. Translate complex technical systems into videos, motion graphics, animations, AR/VR/XR and simulator-based learning; expand Paraverse and AI-assisted workflows; establish scalable production standards; collaborate with instructors, engineers, and SMEs to improve operational readiness.
