Requires reliable part-time availability, personal transportation, outdoor work in varied weather, and safe handling of animals. Duties involve frequent walking, bending, kneeling, grasping, lifting up to 40 pounds, and pulling up to 140 pounds. Employees receive training before conducting solo visits and must pass a background check.

Maintain a clean, safe overnight facility: deep clean kennels and shared spaces, restock supplies, control odors, perform safety walkthroughs, stay alert for emergencies, and hand off issues to the morning team.
