Own post-sale customer and value strategy for enterprise accounts. Build executive relationships, understand workforce and skills priorities, establish success metrics, lead strategic business reviews, demonstrate solution value, mitigate customer risks, support renewals and expansion, and coordinate internal resources. The role partners with Account Executives to develop account plans and identify growth opportunities while translating customer challenges into learning and talent strategies.

Manage strategic customer accounts after purchase, driving onboarding, adoption, retention, expansion, and renewal. Advise learning leaders on digital learning strategies, establish success metrics, conduct business reviews, monitor account health, mitigate churn risk, resolve issues, and identify upsell opportunities. Collaborate with account executives and internal teams while demonstrating product value and supporting organizational upskilling initiatives.

Grow an existing enterprise account territory by selling Skillsoft’s SaaS content and platform solutions to corporate decision-makers. Build executive relationships, develop pipeline, exceed quotas, deliver tailored presentations, negotiate value-based deals, and collaborate with sales, customer success, marketing, and support teams. The role requires managing complex sales cycles, documenting pipeline activity, and traveling 30–50% within a regional territory.
