Own a portfolio of 5–8 frontier AI and enterprise accounts, developing executive relationships, identifying AI security evaluation use cases, and managing opportunities through negotiation, contracting, close, and expansion. The role requires complex enterprise sales expertise, technical curiosity, disciplined qualification, account planning, value development, and collaboration with sales engineering, product, security, and professional services teams. The successful candidate will create meaningful revenue, maintain forecast accuracy, and support customer adoption.

Lead advanced threat hunting, cybersecurity mentorship, customer assessments, and cyber defense exercises. Develop realistic threat scenarios, configure security tools, analyze enterprise telemetry, tune detection systems, and consult on AI agent integration for security operations. Facilitate technical instruction for diverse audiences, support incident response and digital forensics, lead projects, mentor team members, and travel up to 25% for customer events.

Lead full-lifecycle recruiting and internal mobility across technical and nontechnical functions. Partner strategically with hiring managers and senior leaders, source and engage candidates, maintain recruiting operations, support onboarding, and deliver inclusive candidate experiences. Apply AI, automation, and agentic workflows to improve hiring effectiveness, analytics, scalability, and team productivity. Navigate ambiguity, advise stakeholders, and develop repeatable processes and technology-enabled improvements.
