Lead technical work on Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations implementations, including deployment, maintenance, data migration, customization, integrations, code reviews, builds, documentation, and user training. Provide architectural guidance, estimates, and technical input while mentoring junior developers and coordinating technical resources. The role involves client consulting, national travel of 25–50%, and potential advancement to Manager.

Performs daily accounting and finance activities for multiple clients, including month-end close, financial infrastructure implementation, reporting and process improvements, Excel-based data analysis, and recurring finance tasks. The role manages multiple workstreams, maintains accurate deliverables, and supports client engagements in a business process outsourcing environment.

Provides post-implementation functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management clients. Investigates and resolves issues, coordinates enhancements, gathers requirements, creates functional specifications and documentation, and supports continuous improvement. Collaborates with clients, functional consultants, and technical teams using Lifecycle Services, Azure DevOps, and related delivery tools. The role requires client-facing application support experience and broad knowledge of finance and supply chain processes.
