Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes while maintaining relevant NetSuite certifications.

Manages Salesforce software implementation projects from planning through delivery. Responsibilities include overseeing deliverables, schedules, resources, timelines, cross-functional teams, client and stakeholder communications, project status reporting, and IT development initiatives. The role serves as the primary client contact and ensures timely, high-quality project outcomes.

Leads enterprise Salesforce solution design, development, implementation, integration strategy, architecture, and technical quality. Provides mentorship and direction to development teams, designs highly available and scalable solutions for large user populations and data volumes, and collaborates with project managers, stakeholders, and engineers to deliver Salesforce initiatives aligned with project objectives.
