Serves as a forward-deployed business analyst and consultant for financial services clients. Responsibilities include AI-enabled research and analysis, process mapping, requirements gathering, strategic problem-solving, solution design, implementation support, UAT, stakeholder alignment, workstream management, and preparation of client-ready deliverables. The consultant partners with business and technology teams, supports digital and AI transformation initiatives, and contributes to proposals, business development, and financial services thought leadership.

Designs end-to-end cloud, data, machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, and agent-based architectures for client engagements. Leads architecture reviews, technical governance, production readiness, security, compliance, scalability, reliability, and cost optimization. Partners with senior stakeholders, supports pre-sales scoping and proposals, mentors consultants and engineers, and develops AI reference architectures and internal accelerators.

Designs, deploys, and operationalizes generative AI solutions for clients, including LLM agents, RAG pipelines, workflow automation, and conversational interfaces. Integrates solutions with APIs, databases, and business tools; supports adoption through training and change management; iterates with stakeholders to deliver measurable value. The role also contributes to AI research, internal offerings, publications, and business development.
