Leads the national sales organization, including field sales personnel and independent representatives. Oversees hiring, training, performance reviews, sales objectives, pricing, territories, compensation, contract sales, forecasting, market planning, trade shows, and territory marketing plans. Provides sales estimates, presentations, business analysis guidance, and recommendations on information systems needs. Requires extensive travel and strong leadership, analytical, presentation, interpersonal, and computer skills.

Leads strategic sourcing and supplier management for assigned product categories. Negotiates pricing, terms, quality, inventory, and lead times; identifies suppliers and cost-reduction opportunities; monitors market trends; resolves supplier quality and delivery issues; supports new product development; manages supplier quality programs, purchase orders, costing, invoices, and expediting. Requires SAP proficiency, strong communication and negotiation skills, and some domestic and international travel.

Develops and scales pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes and related products through polymer research, formulation, coating-method design, process analysis, and performance characterization. Manages new product development projects, establishes product and process specifications, applies design-of-experiments methods, documents technical results, evaluates patent and research literature, and supports intellectual property development. Collaborates with marketing and manufacturing on customer complaints, cost reduction, and technology initiatives while monitoring external and competitor developments.
