Serve as executive lead for specialty pharmacy implementations at health systems: drive strategy, change management, program delivery, cross-functional coordination, executive stakeholder engagement, workforce planning, and go-live optimization. Manage large-scale project plans, risks, governance, and present executive-level deliverables while traveling to partner sites (~50%).

Support business development by creating financial models, analyses, and pitch materials; develop partnership strategy with sales and clinical leaders; present to health system executives; perform market and competitor research; support deal execution and cross-functional implementation; travel to partner sites (~25%).

Lead and manage a Patient Support team delivering refill management, prior authorization, and financial assistance. Ensure service-level goals, coach and develop staff, coordinate with hospital partners, manage time reporting and audits, support workflows, assist hiring/onboarding, and handle sensitive patient data. Provide operational oversight and absorb overflow during high workload.
