Partner with warehouse management to analyze and redesign warehouse layouts, conduct feasibility and time-and-motion studies, implement storage and workflow improvements, align with operations/procurement/logistics, train staff, and monitor projects onsite (20% travel).

Manage middle-mile P90 performance and capacity planning, analyze transportation bottlenecks, partner with carriers, and optimize network operations. Lead reverse logistics strategy and improvements, implement reporting to track return rates, processing times, and cost metrics, and drive cross-functional projects for process standardization.

Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/data pipelines across distributed systems. Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and high availability. Monitor and optimize pipeline performance, perform root cause analysis, document systems, collaborate with global teams, and participate in on-call rotations to support production data systems.
