Partners with engineering, UX, brand, marketing, and business stakeholders to improve workflows and deliver scalable digital experiences. Trains content owners, develops documentation, supports governance, and manages competing publishing requests.

Lead global and regional operational, IT general controls, application controls, and integrated audits. Plan engagements, conduct walkthroughs and controls testing, analyze data and AI-driven risks, draft audit reports, track remediation, advise stakeholders, and improve internal audit methodology and automation using ServiceNow IRM.
