Leads the day-to-day management and delivery of internal and partner engineering teams. Responsibilities include assigning work, unblocking engineers, maintaining scoped tickets in Linear, coordinating shared workstreams, shaping technical direction with product and engineering teams, managing performance and growth, and supporting hiring and team structure. The role also champions spec-driven development and AI-assisted engineering practices while managing distributed engineers across time zones.

Manages escrow funds throughout real estate transactions, including reviewing documentation, monitoring deposits, resolving discrepancies, supporting closings and cancellations, preparing disbursement requests, coordinating payment approvals, and reconciling restricted cash accounts. The role collaborates with Compliance, Commissions, Accounting, Treasury, agents, attorneys, closing entities, and brokerages while maintaining accurate, audit-ready records and escalating disputed or unresolved matters.

The Senior Product Designer will define the future of SMPLE by designing scalable experiences across mobile and web, collaborating with stakeholders, and leveraging AI tools.
