Supports the Army ARES RDT&E program through funding execution tracking, requirements intake, project monitoring, governance, technology transition, acquisition documentation, and executive briefing development. The role tracks cost, schedule, performance, risks, and technology readiness; supports requirements-validation boards and transition agreements; drafts policies, solicitations, memoranda, and governance materials; and ensures products meet Army quality standards.

Supports Army natural-resource financial programs through reconciliation, transaction tracking, data analysis, systems monitoring, reporting, and audit-ready documentation. The role analyzes collections, obligations, allocations, and variances; coordinates financial guidance and reporting across program offices; develops workbooks and executive briefings; and recommends process improvements. It requires federal or DoD financial experience, strong Excel skills, familiarity with federal financial systems, effective stakeholder coordination, travel as required, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Supports Army Environment, Safety and Occupational Health records management and migration activities. Identifies and classifies records, applies retention schedules and metadata conventions, transfers files to SharePoint and approved repositories, tracks deliverables, performs quality checks, develops procedures and training materials, coordinates with action officers, handles controlled information, and prepares status reports. The role also serves as an alternate Records Management Coordinator and requires SharePoint experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and eligibility for a Secret clearance.
