Leads the strategy, development, and scaling of Scout Motors’ EV technical training program. Manages trainers and curriculum developers, creates blended learning and certification programs, oversees training resources and LMS content, and measures effectiveness through assessments, learner data, and operational KPIs. Partners with engineering, manufacturing, service, and product teams to ensure technical accuracy and improve technician competency, certification speed, and service performance.

Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure and platform services using AWS, Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, automation, monitoring, and logging. Collaborate with development, security, QA, and product teams to deliver highly available and secure systems. Support on-premise environments, troubleshoot issues, coach engineers, evaluate managed cloud services, and participate in on-call responsibilities. The role is primarily office-based in Fremont or Charlotte with occasional travel.

Leads the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of sales, retail, order management, transportation, and order-to-delivery technology systems. Partners across Sales, Retail, Logistics, Finance, Digital Product, ERP, Data, and Engineering to define requirements, evaluate vendors, manage integrations, support S&OP, and deliver launch-ready systems aligned with architecture, security, governance, and operational standards.
