The Lead, Enterprise Risk Management will design, implement, and scale Scout Motors' risk management program, ensuring effective risk controls and supporting decision-making at the executive level.

Lead vision and execution for vehicle infotainment and connectivity. Translate business goals into actionable requirements, align agile software delivery with vehicle milestones, define connected features roadmap, manage cross-functional governance, analyze user data and KPIs, build business cases, and deliver in-vehicle and mobile connectivity experiences.

Lead Commercial IT launch readiness and transition-to-run for customer support and retail support systems. Define runbooks, cutover and hypercare plans, escalation paths, monitoring, and operational governance.
