Supports the Main System Lead by aligning engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders, monitoring milestones, risks, sourcing, cost, quality, and timing, and preparing decision-ready governance materials. Facilitates issue resolution, escalation, action tracking, status reporting, and leadership communications throughout vehicle development and launch.

Supports the Main System Lead in integrating exterior and interior body systems across engineering teams and business functions. The role coordinates technical deliverables, milestones, sourcing, costs, quality, risks, governance reviews, decisions, and issue resolution. It consolidates status reporting, drives readiness and accountability, and facilitates cross-functional alignment through vehicle development and launch. The position is primarily based in Charlotte or Novi and requires frequent office presence plus travel to suppliers, manufacturing, and testing facilities.

Supports multinational tax operations, including international tax compliance, transfer pricing, VAT/GST, customs-related tax matters, tax planning, and ASC 740/IAS 12 tax accounting. Coordinates external advisors, prepares documentation and returns, analyzes cross-border transactions, supports audits and tax provisions, and partners with Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Customs, Treasury, and Legal teams.
