Lead architecture and development of scalable, cloud-native reinsurance systems on Microsoft Azure. Guide full-stack engineering across Java, .NET, Python, Angular, and React; drive Kubernetes-based deployment and CI/CD; integrate generative AI and intelligent automation; mentor engineers; collaborate with business stakeholders; and ensure security, privacy, compliance, responsible AI, and operational reliability for applications handling PII.

Supports manual and automated software testing, including test case development, functional and regression testing, performance testing, defect analysis, and QA planning. Collaborates with developers, architects, product owners, and business users in an Agile environment. Builds and improves automation frameworks, applies CI/CD and AI-assisted testing practices, researches testing tools, and contributes to quality engineering initiatives for global reinsurance platforms.

Supports the Strategy and Business Intelligence team through financial data assembly, analysis, reconciliation, reporting, dataset creation, documentation, and new business analysis. Partners with Client Solutions and Strategy teams, participates in agile meetings, tracks task progress, and provides status updates. The role requires an undergraduate business, finance, economics, risk management, or actuarial background, with Excel and Tableau knowledge preferred.
