Develop and lead innovative actuarial reporting tools, analytical frameworks, and process improvements for U.S. Life business. Analyze reserving metrics, economic value reporting, IFRS 17, Solvency II, valuation, and financial scenarios. Partner with business and senior management, support group reporting and capital model activities, improve controls and processes, and mentor junior team members.

Owns US actuarial reporting and analysis across statutory, GAAP, and tax frameworks. Responsibilities include reserve analysis, financial audits, Appointed Actuary filings, regulatory compliance, model validation, controls, reporting improvements, and collaboration with actuarial and finance teams. The role also provides technical guidance, mentorship, and expertise for strategic initiatives within the insurance and reinsurance business.
