Teams at Scopely

Manage day-to-day operations for the Pokemon GO Gift Card program across internal teams, retailers, and vendors. Build program tools (trackers, checklists, issue logs), support launches, promotions, and holiday readiness. Improve visibility through forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis. Coordinate player support, fraud/compliance escalation, and risk readiness. Facilitate cross-functional decisions, clarify ownership, and drive pragmatic, scalable processes to support growth for an 8-month fixed-term contract.

Build and lead Scopely's internal audit function; develop and execute a risk-based audit plan; evaluate internal controls, governance, and compliance; advise senior leadership; implement data analytics, automation, and AI-enabled continuous monitoring; collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT, and Security; present findings to stakeholders; and manage audit budget and co-sourcing strategies.

Lead and grow player communities across Discord, Reddit and other platforms. Manage moderation, creator and ambassador programs, monitor sentiment and analytics, support live-ops communications, report insights, and run community campaigns to boost engagement and retention while partnering with cross-functional game teams.
