Lead and execute end-to-end mixed-method user research for a new mobile/PC game, partner with cross-functional teams to translate insights into product strategy and KPIs, manage vendors, scale research practices, and mentor other researchers. Quarterly in-person research in LA required.

Lead an embedded feature pod to deliver polished mobile game features: manage end-to-end development pipeline, coordinate production activities, support live incidents/on-call, enforce Agile/Scrum practices, liaise cross-departmentally, set communication protocols, and drive process improvements to improve quality and delivery.

Lead the art direction for an unannounced AAA mobile game, collaborating with external studios and ensuring high-quality visual standards.
