Lead end-to-end implementations of the Course Planner product for K-12 districts, manage diverse client portfolios, resolve data integration issues, and drive adoption. Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, document product/process improvements, assist with QA, and present technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.

The Implementation Manager oversees the implementation of a platform for school districts, ensuring alignment with goals, managing projects, and building relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective adoption.
