Leads Per Scholas’ technology-focused curriculum product portfolio, overseeing discovery, design, development, quality assurance, launch readiness, governance, and continuous improvement. Translates employer demand, labor-market intelligence, learner needs, and organizational strategy into scalable curriculum roadmaps and measurable outcomes. Manages multidisciplinary teams, establishes quality standards and workflows, partners across delivery and evaluation functions, and advises executives on product strategy, technical training trends, resource allocation, and portfolio performance.

Manage enterprise implementation projects from planning through launch, coordinating cross-functional teams, resources, timelines, risks, and deliverables. Maintain high on-time execution, lead project kickoffs, operate PMO systems and dashboards, facilitate Agile practices, and conduct retrospectives for continuous improvement. The role partners with internal teams to improve implementation efficiency, resolve bottlenecks, and support repeatable B2B cohort delivery.

Supports a lead instructor in delivering cybersecurity training for CompTIA certification and entry-level SOC analyst careers. Assists learners during virtual and in-person classes, troubleshoots lab, software, network, and audiovisual issues, provides tutoring, grades assignments, tracks attendance and performance in Canvas LMS, maintains records in Salesforce, and participates in learner and instructor check-ins. The role may occasionally teach lessons and requires ongoing cybersecurity upskilling.
