Own and expand a book of Tier 1 financial services accounts in the Americas by driving upsell, renewals, and net-new revenue. Build strategic account plans, maintain accurate Salesforce forecasts, provide market and competitive intelligence, cultivate customer advocates, and collaborate with Pre-Sales, Legal, and InfoSec to close complex procurement cycles.

Lead a squad to design, architect, and ship scalable, well-tested backend systems that incorporate applied LLM capabilities (RAG, prompt engineering, agentic workflows). Translate product goals into technical roadmaps, mentor engineers, enforce code quality and testing, and evaluate AI features for accuracy-critical production use.

Serve as a bridge between Product, Product Marketing, and GTM teams. Translate technical capabilities into commercial narratives and ensure Sales and Customer Success can confidently articulate value propositions. Drive content creation and curriculum for learning experiences, utilizing AI tools and tracking product adoption.
