Manage franchise rollout coordination across data readiness, planning, training, go-live, and hypercare. Maintain readiness checklists, dependencies, risks, issues, action items, documentation, and integrated plans. Coordinate franchise owners, program leadership, Data, Product, and technical teams; facilitate meetings, validate data, support training and communications, track post-launch issues, and escalate blockers. This remote role works EST hours, supports overlapping rollout waves, and may require limited periodic travel.

Leads organizational design and change consulting for Fortune 100 clients. Conducts focus groups, interviews, surveys, benchmarking, and other research; analyzes findings; develops organizational recommendations, ROI analyses, strategic roadmaps, executive presentations, and implementation plans. Partners with stakeholders and leadership to translate research into organizational improvements and employee satisfaction gains. The engagement begins with extensive on-site research across U.S. locations before transitioning to remote recommendation development and implementation support.

Develop business intelligence and analytics solutions using financial, operational, RF, and video performance data. Build scalable data models, dashboards, reports, automation workflows, and ETL/ELT processes using Power BI, Tableau, DataMiner, and Qligent. Analyze trends and anomalies, monitor satellite and video delivery performance, translate business requirements into actionable insights, and collaborate with enterprise stakeholders in a fully remote consulting role.
