Lead product strategy and coach a team of Product Managers to deliver user-centered compliance and risk solutions. Drive prioritization using data, champion Agile and rapid prototyping with AI tools, align stakeholders and roadmaps, engage clients in discovery and demos, and ensure product quality through documentation and metrics across global virtual teams.

Manage end-to-end delivery of customer learning programs, acting as primary client-facing project lead. Plan timelines, run kickoff and status meetings, scope and price change requests, mitigate risks, track progress in PM tools, and collaborate with CSMs, account teams, and cross-functional production, translation, and tech teams to deliver on-time, on-budget outcomes.

The Business Development Manager will drive new business sales in GRC solutions, manage the sales process, maintain accurate pipelines, and collaborate with internal teams. They will also represent the company at industry events and work towards establishing strong customer relationships.
