Lead startup deployments for Dedicated Transportation Solutions, training drivers and managers, ensuring operational consistency, creating processes, answering management-level questions, and supporting system testing and design. Requires extensive travel and temporary on-site assignment during startup periods.

Lead FP&A analysis and reporting for assigned business segments and region. Manage monthly close, P&L review, accruals, reconciliations, forecasting, and financial modeling. Coordinate with Operations, Accounting, IT, and Sales; present results to senior leadership; lead projects, audits, and mentor junior staff.
