Provide specialized operational support in a logistics facility: communicate shift goals, troubleshoot processes, train and assist hourly staff, perform administrative tasks, interact with carriers/customers as needed, and implement continuous improvement/LEAN initiatives. Ensure safety and compliance with WMS, MHE, OSHA and account-specific DOT/Hazmat requirements.

Manage daily inbound warehouse/receiving operations including unloading, inspecting, storing goods, staffing and scheduling, safety and regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement to meet operational targets and quality standards.

Lead and manage a team of continuous improvement engineers across multiple customer sites to drive Lean/CI, engineering, automation, and data-driven improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth. Develop and execute CI strategy, KPI scorecards, facilitate Kaizen/Value Stream Mapping, support start-ups/expansions, and oversee QMS, corrective actions, and regulatory compliance. Heavy travel to customer locations and regular reporting to senior leadership.

Design and deliver reusable supply-chain analytics products and persona-based dashboards using the modern data stack. Partner with operations and customers to prioritize requests, leverage AI to accelerate analysis, and tie insights to measurable business outcomes. Support data maturity, integration, and agile product delivery.

Lead financial analysis, planning, and reporting for assigned segments. Manage monthly close, P&L review, accruals, reconciliations, journal entries, and forecasts. Coordinate with Operations, Accounting, IT, and Sales, present results to leadership, lead projects, mentor junior staff, and perform audits to ensure controls.

Design and develop eLearning and other instructional resources (video, microlearning, QRGs) for enterprise audiences. Create course outlines, scripts, storyboards, and apply evidence-based learning methodologies. Collaborate with SMEs, use Articulate 360, Camtasia, and Adobe tools, and manage projects to deliver high-quality learning solutions.
