Supports customer accounts by entering and tracking loads, scheduling pickup and delivery appointments, monitoring shipment statuses, resolving shipment issues, communicating updates, preparing loads for accounting, maintaining reports, and escalating billing or operational concerns. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, follow-up skills, prioritization, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced transportation environment.

Supports sales force productivity through sales strategy, forecasting, pipeline management, effectiveness analysis, territory planning, process improvement, and sales compensation policy development. The role analyzes business, customer, and competitor intelligence; recommends coverage models and account assignments; and partners with Sales Operations, Finance, and HR. It requires business or sales analytics experience and familiarity with financial modeling, Excel, Salesforce.com, Alteryx, and BI databases.
