Lead a 15-20 person last-mile warehouse team to receive, pick, dispatch, and deliver home deliveries. Use operational metrics to drive improvements, train staff and contract carriers, manage dispatch issues, restructure routes, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets.

Provide logistics support including order entry, routing/dispatching, traffic coordination, monitoring pickups/deliveries, communicating status to account managers/customers, taking driver check calls, documenting overages/damages, scheduling/rescheduling delivery appointments, and routing instructions for drivers.

As a Lead Logistics Engineer, you'll analyze customer data, deploy optimization tools, identify cost-savings, and enhance logistics operations.
