Administer global equity compensation plans, including grants, vesting, settlements, terminations, reporting, reconciliations, and participant transactions. Maintain equity management system integrations, support Section 16 and proxy reporting, ensure tax, securities, accounting, and governance compliance, and partner with Finance, HR, Legal, Payroll, Tax, Audit, and external providers. Analyze equity holdings, improve processes and controls, answer employee questions, and develop participant communications.

Leads digital forensics investigations supporting cybersecurity incidents, legal matters, compliance reviews, and employee misconduct inquiries. Collects, preserves, analyzes, and documents evidence across enterprise systems while maintaining chain of custody. Performs forensic triage, root-cause analysis, timeline reconstruction, and artifact analysis; supports incident response and prepares defensible reports. Partners with Legal, HR, Compliance, and Audit, evaluates forensic methods and tools, provides expert testimony when needed, and mentors junior analysts.

Supports daily operations for assigned 4PL warehouse customer accounts, serving as a customer-facing coordination point among customers, warehouse partners, and internal teams. Monitors inventory, receipts, shipments, fulfillment, and service levels; maintains operational data; investigates discrepancies and service issues; coordinates inbound and outbound activity; reports on SLAs and KPIs; and assists with process improvements and documentation.
