Owns the strategy, architecture, and implementation of production AI and machine learning systems for personalization, search ranking, relevance, and patient-provider matching. Builds recommendation engines, retrieval models, LLM applications, and scalable ML infrastructure while establishing AI safety, evaluation, and MLOps standards. The role requires hands-on model development, technical leadership, mentoring, and responsible deployment of AI in a regulated mental healthcare environment.

Manage assigned payer accounts within revenue cycle management, investigate and resolve claim denials, interpret payer requirements, process appeals and recoupments, and prioritize complex claims. Analyze denial and operational trends, improve workflows, guide offshore team members, support onboarding, and share payer-specific best practices. The role requires healthcare billing expertise, knowledge of insurance claims and CARC codes, critical thinking, and Excel proficiency.

Lead the architecture and migration of Rula’s data platform to Snowflake and Medallion architectures. Govern warehouse performance and cloud costs, establish data contracts and intake guardrails, and enforce GitHub-based CI/CD testing for data quality and query performance. Scale AI-assisted engineering practices across teams while partnering with executives and domain engineers. The role also supports secure clinical data handling, schema evolution, semantic BI integrations, and production ELT pipeline development.
