Own and administer Workato automation connecting Salesforce, Zendesk, and operational systems. Build and maintain enterprise integrations, troubleshoot production failures, implement monitoring and error handling, and automate inefficient processes. Partner with Salesforce administrators, technical program managers, and developers while establishing reliable data architecture and system-of-record boundaries.

Build and deploy AI-powered tools for Rula’s business and clinical teams by observing workflows, rapidly delivering production software, measuring usage and impact, and enabling teams to operate tools independently. The role requires privacy-by-design practices, rigorous AI evaluation, customer-centric discovery, and integration with complex legacy systems. Staff engineers may optimize LLM costs and quality while creating reusable building blocks for future teams.

Owns Rula’s finance systems, including NetSuite and related procurement, close, and revenue-reporting tools. Leads system implementations, integrations, automation, AI agent governance, IT general controls, financial systems controls, and audit readiness. Partners with Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, Product, Engineering, and Analytics to improve financial workflows and accelerate the close process.
