Lead architecture, development, testing, qualification, and production planning for a field-deployed combustion hardware system. Own mechanical, thermal, fluid, structural, controls, and instrumentation engineering; manage external engineering and manufacturing partners; oversee documentation, supplier packages, budgets, schedules, and technical quality; and build a hardware engineering team. The role requires hands-on work across prototypes, field operations, failure analysis, and transition to production-scale manufacturing.

Lead atmospheric research for a rainfall enhancement startup, directing meteorological science, WRF modeling, data assimilation, deployment evaluation, and operational forecasting. Integrate radar, satellite, sounding, surface, and field-sensor data; develop cloud and HPC modeling workflows; assess AI weather models; and communicate uncertainty. Recruit and lead scientific and engineering teams while building partnerships with universities and research institutions. Frequent travel is required.

Lead Roadrunner Venture Studios’ venture creation platform, guiding multidisciplinary teams from technology thesis through company formation and scale. Build deep-tech ventures from zero to one by defining products and markets, validating customers, recruiting founding teams, securing pilots, raising venture and non-dilutive capital, and supporting commercialization. Serve as an operator, advisor, and potential interim CEO or board member while developing repeatable venture-building frameworks and mentoring venture creation teams.
