Provides holistic nursing care and health oversight to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across residential, vocational, and school settings. Conducts assessments, coordinates medical care, documents services, audits medication administration, trains staff, supervises delegated healthcare tasks, communicates with providers and families, supports quality assurance, and participates in on-call rotations.

Provide nursing oversight and community-based care for people with intellectual/developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs as part of an ACTT. Implement crisis and person-centered plans, monitor medications and side effects, participate in interdisciplinary meetings, teach consumers, and perform required physical and transport duties.

The DHH Therapist provides clinical assessments, outpatient therapy, and develops individual treatment plans for deaf and hard of hearing individuals facing mental health challenges. They ensure quality service delivery, maintain compliance with regulations, and facilitate therapeutic relationships.
