The Executive Director leads operations for a business unit serving individuals with IDD, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care, compliance with standards, and management of a multidisciplinary team.

The DHH Therapist provides clinical assessments, outpatient therapy, and develops individual treatment plans for deaf and hard of hearing individuals facing mental health challenges. They ensure quality service delivery, maintain compliance with regulations, and facilitate therapeutic relationships.

The Clinical Program Manager oversees clinical and programmatic operations, providing supervision, support, and consultation for behavioral health services within a region, while ensuring adherence to policies and quality improvement.

Assist in preparation, cooking, service, and delivery of meals; sanitize kitchen, equipment, and storage areas; follow safety and CPR protocols; meet physical requirements for lifting, mobility, and sensory tasks; complete pre-employment screening and credential verifications; support individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs.

Manage and supervise day habilitation and vocational programs for individuals with IDD, including staff supervision, training, budgeting, regulatory compliance, stakeholder coordination, and participation in multidisciplinary clinical and behavioral planning.

Provide community-based nursing care and oversight for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs. Participate on interdisciplinary ACTT team, follow crisis and person-centered plans, monitor medication side effects, teach coping skills, and perform required documentation and nursing interventions.
