Inspect and correct finished pieces to meet high-quality product specifications. The role requires independent work, consistent attendance, attention to detail, frequent standing, kneeling, stooping, and lifting up to 100 pounds in an industrial work environment.

Applies upholstery webbing to wood frames according to product specifications and required tension. Uses hand tools, reads production tickets, maintains quality and consistent attendance, communicates with team members, and performs related duties as needed. The role requires prolonged physical activity and the ability to lift and move furniture exceeding 100 pounds while following safety guidelines.

Insert foam cushions into sewn fabric or leather casings using a cushion fill machine or by hand to meet product and quality specifications. Read production tickets, multitask with minimal supervision, communicate with team members, and perform additional duties as needed. Must meet physical requirements including lifting up to 100 lbs.
