In this role, you will lead member engagement and partnerships in healthcare, analyzing data to inform strategies and building client relationships.

Lead end-to-end lifecycle marketing for B2B2C and B2B audiences, building multi-channel journeys (email, SMS, in-app) in Customer.io and HubSpot. Partner cross-functionally to define segments, triggers, and campaigns, use data and AI to optimize performance, ensure HIPAA-compliant communications, and drive activation, retention, and advocacy.
