Leads plant-level quality and productivity initiatives at a manufacturing facility. Establishes quality and continuous improvement systems, manages the Quality & Productivity team, drives Lean and Operational Excellence efforts, analyzes performance data, and coordinates customer, business-unit, and third-party audits. The role also aligns plant standards with broader quality policies, ensures compliance, strengthens accountability, and promotes sustained improvements in product quality and operational performance.

Creates and maintains daily production schedules aligned with customer demand, inventory targets, capacity, and delivery requirements. Runs and analyzes SAP reports, resolves material and planning issues, adjusts supply orders, tracks supplier and production performance, processes customer order changes, and monitors raw material and finished goods inventory. The role also supports production meetings, cross-functional collaboration, and on-time order fulfillment in a manufacturing environment.

Provides human resources and employee relations support at a manufacturing facility. Advises employees and managers on policies, workplace concerns, employment practices, benefits, leave, and compensation. Conducts investigations, supports recruiting and onboarding, maintains employee records, assists with employment-law compliance, and prepares reports. The role also supports HR initiatives, workforce planning, confidentiality, regulatory requirements, and employee engagement while partnering with operations and HR leadership.
