Lead development and execution of marketing and launch strategies for Revolution Medicines' lung cancer programs. Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, medical affairs, market access, analytics, and external agencies to shape promotional materials, stakeholder segmentation, and launch readiness. Mentor peers, manage agency relationships and budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and measure marketing effectiveness to drive brand performance and patient adoption.

Lead development and execution of HCP marketing and launch strategies for lung cancer RAS(ON) programs. Collaborate cross-functionally (clinical, medical affairs, market access, analytics), manage external agencies, ensure compliance, control marketing budget, maintain disease/competitive expertise, and measure marketing effectiveness to drive customer behavior and launch success. Travel to office and conferences as needed.
