Lead strategy, build and manage a national case manager team supporting patient access for oncology therapies. Oversee HUB operations, KPIs, escalation workflows, compliance, training, cross-functional launch planning, and performance reporting to ensure timely, compliant patient access and reimbursement resolution.

Manage end-to-end negotiation, execution, amendment, and closeout of global externally sponsored research agreements (ISTs, CRs). Develop and review ESR budgets ensuring FMV and protocol alignment; partner with Medical Affairs, Legal, Finance, and sponsors. Track contract lifecycles, ensure compliance and audit readiness, drive process improvements, mentor contract staff, and report metrics to leadership.

Lead a multi-state oncology commercial team to drive product utilization and exceed performance targets. Develop and execute strategic account plans for major health systems and GPOs, manage budgets and resources, coach and develop managers and reps, collaborate cross-functionally on marketing and training, and ensure compliance and ethical sales practices. Responsible for ~50% travel and building high-performing region-wide culture.
