Integrate Retell APIs/SDKs, develop conversational workflows, debug telephony/SIP and infrastructure issues, optimize AI behavior and prompts, lead technical onboarding, and drive product improvements from proof-of-concept to production.

Serve as the technical partner for enterprise customers to deploy and scale AI voice agents. Lead onboarding, design integrations and conversation flows, debug APIs/webhooks/SIP/telephony/authentication, work inside customer codebases, surface product gaps to Product & Engineering, and drive adoption and expansion across accounts.
