Leads the renewable power delivery construction business, including transmission, distribution, substations, solar, battery storage, and wind systems. Oversees strategy, budgets, business development, contracts, staffing, safety, quality, schedules, and project delivery. Directs project managers and construction teams, develops client relationships, ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, and supports employee growth. Requires extensive utility construction experience, electrical safety knowledge, Primavera P6 proficiency, and 16–30% domestic and international travel.

Leads solar, high-voltage, and battery storage EPC opportunities from pursuit and proposal through construction handoff. Coordinates engineering, estimating, procurement, scheduling, contracts, legal, and operations teams; develops execution strategies, schedules, budgets, risk documentation, and proposals; manages owner and subcontractor interactions; oversees constructability, site access, permitting, and mobilization readiness; and ensures effective project turnover. The role also supports contract negotiations, standardizes preconstruction processes, and may supervise other preconstruction managers.

Leads preconstruction activities for high-voltage, BESS, and solar EPC projects from opportunity through construction kickoff. Coordinates engineering, estimating, procurement, contracts, legal, risk, operations, and business development teams; develops execution strategies, schedules, budgets, proposals, and risk documentation; reviews technical and commercial materials; manages owner and consultant relationships; supports contract negotiations; and ensures effective project handoff to construction. Requires knowledge of BESS, substations, transmission, solar construction, scheduling, and construction management software.
