Supervises hauling and collection operations, including drivers, helpers, routes, safety programs, customer service, equipment compliance, productivity, labor costs, and disposal expenses. Develops and improves routes, resolves service issues, supports budget goals, and promotes employee engagement. Coaches team members, develops talent, and partners with sales, maintenance, and management to ensure safe, efficient, compliant service delivery.

Supervise hauling and collections operations across commercial, residential, roll-off and container lines. Oversee drivers and helpers, enforce safety and compliance, optimize routes and productivity, manage labor and costs, resolve customer issues, and develop employee engagement and talent.

Supports enterprise physical and virtual infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments. Responsibilities include server and application deployment, automation, monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, upgrades, backups, security updates, and 24/7 production support. The role collaborates with storage, virtualization, development, vendor, and IT teams; serves as a technical escalation point; documents incidents and solutions; and evaluates new technologies to improve infrastructure availability and performance.
