Coordinate and oversee drivers, trucks, and containers to maximize capacity and on-time service. Analyze routing data, create efficient routes, resolve in-transit issues, manage driver safety and performance, and maintain customer communications and service commitments.

Provides HR consultation and guidance to managers and employees on performance management, employee relations, onboarding, compliance (FLSA, FMLA, ADA), temporary labor, training, workforce planning, investigations, talent management, employee engagement, confidential records maintenance, and HR data analysis.

Supervise hauling and collections operations across commercial, residential, roll-off and container lines. Oversee drivers and helpers, enforce safety and compliance, optimize routes and productivity, manage labor and costs, resolve customer issues, and develop employee engagement and talent.
