Designs and manages cloud infrastructure platforms using infrastructure as code, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and multi-cloud technologies. Responsibilities include improving developer experience and DevSecOps maturity, troubleshooting and optimizing platform reliability, implementing zero-downtime maintenance, automating processes, integrating security controls, documenting technical systems, and mentoring engineers. The role also drives scalability, cost optimization, availability, and continuous delivery across Reltio’s cloud services.

Own Reltio’s product marketing strategy, including positioning, messaging architecture, competitive intelligence, product launches, content strategy, field enablement, and customer journey campaigns. Partner with SAP, product, sales, demand generation, and partner marketing teams to communicate Reltio’s data unification and context intelligence value. Serve as a spokesperson through events, webinars, blogs, and thought leadership while driving measurable go-to-market impact.

Leads DevOps engineering teams and manages cloud infrastructure and foundational services across AWS, GCP, and Azure. Oversees infrastructure as code, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, scalability, reliability, cost optimization, monitoring, troubleshooting, and cloud security. Partners with product, engineering, and security stakeholders while mentoring engineers and driving continuous improvement and modern DevOps practices.
